What quality
control do you place on your nurses?
We utilize a "three-strike"
system for the nurses on our staff. "Strikes" are
received for the following: Negative facility feedback, last-minute
callout, excessive rudeness, etc... After three "strikes",
we no longer use that nurse. We also reward nurses when they
are exceptional.
How do you
handle "last-minute" shift requirements?
Our office has live
help on- call 24 hours a day, everyday!!!
Do you perform
a background/criminal/reference check on your nurses?
We require a minimum
of three professional references and verify all licenses for
every nurse on our staff. We also utilize a "Star-scoring"
system of grading to insure that our highest quality nurses
are first in line to fill any shift requirement.
Will your
current nurse supply be able to fill the demand at my facility?
Over the last two
quarters, we have supported a six percent shift increase.
New nurses are joining our agency regularly through referrals,
advertisements, and our good reputation with our current facilities
and their staffing coordinators.
